DEW TOUR x DJ SKEE (Airing on NBC All Weekend)
Tune into the next leg of the Dew Tour on NBC all weekend- they are even airing interviews with me and in studio content between events. Here is the press release and details…

The Dew Tour is mixing it up this year by partnering with popular DJ and radio personality DJ SKEE, SKEE TV and his Build Destroy Music to create 10 ORIGINAL songs, as well as digital content featuring Dew Tour Athletes. These tracks will be completely original and live as the theme song and score to the 2012 Dew Tour. Build Destroy Music has a roster of sought after producers and DJ’s in-studio that will produce this content solely for the Dew Tour.
Dew Tour has worked with DJ SKEE to include Dew Tour athletes in the studio while songs are being produced to provide inspiration and feedback. In a never been done before way, these athletes will be co-producing the music that will be featured in the Dew Tour.
Dew Tour will be filming this process and producing packages for broadcast and digital content around the “Making of Music of Dew Tour.” This piece will drive viewers to a web series for extended versions. DJ SKEE and SKEE.TV will also work with Dew Tour to distribute short form and introduce us to a wider audience.
Dew Tour is brining its athletes into the studio to help produce the Sonic Identity and Musical sound of the 2012 Dew Tour season. Working with legendary music producers DJ SKEE and Ryan Tomlinson and their Build Destroy Music team. Dew Tour athletes will be in the studio with actual producers like THX helping guide them through what the sound should be. We will develop 10 tracks (1 Theme Song, 3 per event),that will be used within all NBC Sports Dew Tour programming throughout the 2012 season.
Most importantly, this has never been done before in sports programming. Dew Tour is re-setting the bar in how music can be used and developed around Sports Television, lets make sure we capture this fact and weave it through the storyline. We are completely original.
